As a professional international trader of various markets and training educator who has trained 1000 + students in the past 3 years, I have encountered an endless barrage of information about how to trade successfully. LTG GoldRock was born out of the need to demonstrate, educate and guide traders around the world about the techniques and skills professional successful traders use, to give the average investor the same profit opportunity that large institutional investors have had and enjoyed for years. In my experience trading successfully and consistently is attributed to the level of education a trader receives in the areas of a sound methodology, the application of proven mathematical risk vs reward strategies and the ability to apply these areas to a live account in real time. Equally important is to surround oneself with full time professional traders who make their living from trading their own accounts. This has been the key factor in allowing myself to trade full time for a living and is the secret to my success. We offer our customers an all round Professional Trading System . About the Team  George Sayers - Trading Room Director.
George Sayers is our Trading Room Director. He joined LTG following 25 years experience trading the markets from commodities, stocks, futures and FX. George has worked with Societe Generale Australia Limited, Schroders Australia, Bell Commodities and also managed his own proprietary equity trading fund. George has a wealth of experience in Proprietary Trading, Technical Strategy and mentoring traders with their strategy, psychology and trading plans. George was voted by Institutional currency traders as the number one currency technical strategist. (*2007 State Street market survey)
George believes successful trading signals are only the start of being a consistently profitable trader. He is a huge believer that the true secret of success lies in strong money management, discipline and focus on trading psychology.

 Peter Elsworth - Chairman
Peter developed his interest in trading as a student at Melbourne University. After completing his B Com he went on to complete an MBA and wrote his thesis on “The Use and Limitations of Published Financial Accounts for Investment Analysis” As our Chairman, Peter brings to LTG GoldRock, over 30 years experience as a Stock Broker, CEO of a Share Trading Education entity that joint ventured with Singapore’s leading Broking House, Phillip Capital and CEO of Futures Trading entity Traders International Australia. His knowledge combining both technical and fundamental indicators in a wide range of many markets has led to him becoming one of the “in demand” speakers at Traders Expo’s, Professional Associations and industry forums throughout the Pacific Rim. Booms and Busts are nothing new to Peter and the opportunities these cycles present for Currency Traders is something he believes LTG GoldRock is uniquely equipped to assist clients through their team professional traders who run the Live Trading Room. Currently based in Japan – David travels between the USA, Europe and Asian markets as a regular contributor to LTG events, member support and strategic planning. With the explosive growth of technology and the opening up of financial markets with low spreads and fees the future for average people to escape big institution and take control of their financial lives is enormous. Siimon Reynolds is also one of the most renowned advertising and marketing experts in Australia. He has won almost every major advertising award for creativity in the world, and is the co-founder of the Photon group, the world's 14th largest marketing services group. Siimon lectures to LTGGoldrock members on the mental side of trading and the character traits of the world's greatest traders.  Sian Brown – Marketing and Communications Manager
Sian is the Marketing & Communications Manager at LTG GoldRock, concentrating mainly on online communication, copywriting, event management and content creation. On a daily basis Sian works with the Directors of Marketing to help educate thousands of people worldwide about LTG GoldRock and what opportunities a career in trading could bring them. Her marketing experience includes email marketing, online advertising, print and radio advertising and strategic decision planning with a Dual Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of the Sunshine Coast. "I believe that Knowledge is Power, the more you know... the more you can achieve. The same principles can be applied to trading. If you take the time to learn then the success will follow." 
Grant Barnett - Member Services DirectorGrant Barnett is a senior client advisor for LTG GoldRock and assists in the daily operation of the Member Support Team and trading room. (he also looks a lot like his....brother – Andrew Barnett). As a trader, he understands exactly why it is so important to have a support network that can help guide your trading success. Nothing is too big or too small for Grant and his support team, if you are unsure about anything you just need to ask Grant believes - “We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive support network for our members around the world. Each one of our support staff are traders themselves, experiencing every aspect of trading. However simple or complicated your question may seem you will be speaking to real people just like you! Amanda Jane Phelan - Head of Member ServicesAmanda is a Senior Member Advisor with LTG GoldRock and part of our Member Support Team – but we all call her aj. aj is dedicated to helping New Members get started on their journey to becoming Independent Traders, from assisting them in setting up their Platforms to helping understand the new terminology they encounter. She also enjoys speaking with Experienced Members who are already trading and helping with Support questions in the Trading Room. aj is also an experienced and dedicated Trader who enjoys the flexibility and freedom that trading allows – and the mindset it takes to be successful. She is an amazingly patient and understanding voice on the other end of the phone when you call for Support. Azlina Abu Hassan - Member Support AdvisorAzlina Abu Hassan is a senior member support advisor for LTG GoldRock and provides support daily for members who need a helping hand in their journey to becoming successful independent traders. Known as Nina to the team, she is an experienced trader in the forex market who has helped many new traders find their comfort level in trading with the LTG GoldRock team. Enthusiastic and patient by nature, she believes that no trader is an island and the family of LTG GoldRock will always be here to support each other, whether they are novice or experienced until success is achieved. 
Rina Ho - Office Manager Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Rina runs the KL office – an important center in the LTG Asian focus. Rina also handles SMS alerts and all administration enquiries. Rina has had many years of experience working in both Australia and Malaysia, but now calls Kuala Lumpur home along with her daughter who is a current member of LTG GoldRock.
